1. Who we are

2. Personal data we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, LINE ID, WhatsApp or Telegram number and email address.
• Service details: your address or area, property size, preferred date and time, and any notes or photos you send us.
• Messages you send us by LINE, phone, email or through our quote form.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics is turned on for our website (see "Cookies and analytics").

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send ID cards or payment card details through the quote form or chat.

3. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To schedule, carry out and follow up on your cleaning service, including re-clean guarantee visits.
• To contact you about your booking.
• To improve our website and services.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use your data because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, to comply with the law, or with your consent where the law requires it.

4. Online bookings

When you confirm a booking on our website, the details you enter are sent securely to our booking system. We record them in our booking records (Google Sheets) and notify our team by LINE, Telegram or email so we can contact you. If online sending isn't available, your chat app or email app opens with the booking so you can send it to us yourself.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:

• With the cleaning staff assigned to your booking (your name, address, contact details and job details).
• With service providers that help us communicate or run our website, such as LINE, Google and our website host.
• With government authorities when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Thailand

Some of our service providers, such as LINE and Google, may process data outside Thailand. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by the PDPA.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it (for example, tax and accounting records). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete or anonymise your data.
• Ask us to restrict or stop using your data, or object to how we use it.
• Receive your data in a commonly used format, or ask us to send it to someone else.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
• Complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use advertising cookies. If we turn on Google Analytics or the LINE Tag to understand how visitors use the site, these services may set cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and may also set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

10. How we protect your data

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and only people who need it for their work can access it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page shows the latest version.
